\u5185\u5bb9\u6216\u52a8\u4f5c\u7684\u610f\u601d\u548c\u542b\u610f\u3002\u63a7\u65b9\u6bcb\u987b\u8bc1\u660e\u81ea\u79f0\u6216\u58f0\u79f0\u662f\u4e09\u5408\u4f1a\u793e\u56e2\u6210\u5458\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u771f\u7684\u662f\u4e09\u5408\u4f1a\u793e\u56e2\u6210\u5458\u3002\u800c\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c33\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8fdd\u6cd5\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u6761\u4f8b\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u9632\u6b62\u6709\u4eba\u5728\u516c\u4f17\u5730\u65b9\u643a\u5e26\u653b\u51fb\u6027\u6b66\u5668\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u653b\u51fb\u6027\u6b66\u5668\u300d\u662f\u6307\u4efb\u4f55\u88ab\u5236\u9020\u6216\u6539\u88c5\u6210\u7528\u4ee5\u4f24\u5bb3\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u3001\u4efb\u4f55\u9002\u5408\u4f24\u5bb3\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u3001\u7ba1\u6709\u6216\u63a7\u5236\u7269\u54c1\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u610f\u56fe\u5229\u7528\u7269\u54c1\u53bb\u4f24\u5bb3\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u6216\u5c06\u7269\u54c1\u4ea4\u7ed9\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u53bb\u4f24\u5bb3\u522b\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u516c\u4f17\u5730\u65b9\u300d\u662f\u6307\u4efb\u4f55\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\uff0c\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u58eb\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u7c7b\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee5\u4ed8\u8d39\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6709\u6743\u8fdb\u5165\u6216\u83b7\u51c6\u8fdb\u5165\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f6a\u884c\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u7740\u773c\u4e8e\u7ba1\u6709\u653b\u51fb\u6027\u6b66\u5668\u2014\u2014\u6709\u5173\u6b66\u5668\u4e0d\u5fc5\u66fe\u7ecf\u88ab\u7528\u6765\u72af\u6cd5\u3002\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u653b\u51fb\u6027\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u8981\u89c6\u4e4e\u6bcf\u5b97\u4e2a\u6848\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5224\u65ad\u3002\u751a\u4e48\u662f\u5408\u6cd5\u6743\u9650\u548c\u5408\u7406\u8fa9\u89e3\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u89c6\u4e4e\u6bcf\u5b97\u4e2a\u6848\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4e3a\u751a\u4e48\u88ab\u544a\u5728\u67d0\u4e2a\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5728\u516c\u4f17\u5730\u65b9\u5e26\u6709\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u3002\u5982\u679c\u89e3\u91ca\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u9632\u8303\u81ea\u5df1\u4e00\u65e6\u53d7\u88ad\u800c\u643a\u5e26\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u662f\u5408\u6cd5\u6743\u9650\u6216\u5408\u7406\u8fa9\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/245\/s33.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c33\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u6cd5\u5ead\u5224\u5211\u7684\u914c\u60c5\u6743\u6709\u9650\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c17\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\uff0c\u7ba1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u4ee5\u9501\u4f4f\u624b\u8155\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4e3a\u4e86\u675f\u7f1a\u8eab\u4f53\u800c\u5236\u9020\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u6216\u7269\u54c1\uff0c\u6216\u7ba1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u624b\u94d0\u3001\u6307\u94d0\u3001\u653b\u51fb\u6027\u6b66\u5668\u3001\u64ac\u68cd\u3001\u64ac\u9501\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u767e\u5408\u5319\u3001\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u9002\u5408\u4f5c\u975e\u6cd5\u7528\u9014\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u610f\u56fe\u4f5c\u975e\u6cd5\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u72af\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u88ab\u544a\u7ba1\u6709\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u6cd5\u4f8b\u5217\u660e\u7684\u653b\u51fb\u6027\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u662f\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5224\u65ad\u3002\u00a0<a \u975e\u6cd5\u7981\u9522<\/h2>\n<p>\u975e\u6cd5\u7981\u9522\u662f\u300a\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u300b\u7f6a\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u975e\u6cd5\u7981\u9522\u662f\u6307\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u6709\u6743\u79bb\u5f00\u4e00\u5904\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6 \/ \u5979\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6743\u5229\u88ab\u5b8c\u5168\u53ca\u975e\u6cd5\u5730\u593a\u8d70\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u88ab\u7981\u6b62\u5411\u67d0\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u524d\u8fdb\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6
