\u300c\u632a\u5360\u300d\u7684\u610f\u601d\u662f\u5c06\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u8d22\u7269\u5f53\u6210\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u5e76\u968f\u7740\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u610f\u601d\u53bb\u5904\u7f6e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d22\u7269\u3002 \u300c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4ed6\u4eba\u300d\u662f\u6307\u8d22\u7269\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u6240\u6709\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u53d6\u8d70\u8d22\u7269\u7684\u90a3\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u6784\u6210\u76d7\u7a83\u7f6a\uff0c\u5728\u53d6\u8d70\u4ed6\u4eba\u8d22\u7269\u65f6\uff0c\u8981\u6709\u4e0d\u8bda\u5b9e\u610f\u56fe\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u610f\u56fe\u6c38\u4e45\u593a\u53bb\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u8d22\u7269\u3002\u5982\u679c\u793e\u4f1a\u4e0a\u4e00\u822c\u6709\u5408\u7406\u601d\u60f3\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4f60\u53d6\u8d70\u4ed6\u4eba\u8d22\u7269\u65f6\u662f\u4e0d\u8bda\u5b9e\uff0c\u800c\u4f60\u4ea6\u77e5 \u9053\u4f60\u6240\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u5fc3\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f1a\u88ab\u8ba4\u5b9a\u662f\u4e0d\u8bda\u5b9e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e48\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u4f1a\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u6709\u4e0d\u8bda\u5b9e\u610f\u56fe\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bc4\u5b9a\u51c6\u5219\u540d\u4e3a\u300cGhosh\u6d4b\u8bd5\u300d\uff0c\u6e90\u81ea1982\u5e74\u82f1\u56fd\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u4e00 \u5165\u5c4b\u72af\u6cd5\u7f6a<\/h2>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/210\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c210\u7ae0\u300a\u76d7\u7a83\u7f6a\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/210\/s11.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c11\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\uff0c\u5165\u5c4b\u72af\u6cd5\u662f\u5211\u4e8b\u7f6a\u884c\u3002\u5f53\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u4ee5\u4fb5\u5165\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u610f\u56fe\u5077\u53d6\u91cc\u9762\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u3001\u4e25\u91cd\u4f24\u5bb3\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u5185\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u3001\u5f3a\u5978\u5973\u6027\u3001\u6216\u8005\u975e\u6cd5\u7834\u574f\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u5185\u4efb\u4f55\u7269\u54c1\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5e72\u72af\u4e86\u5165\u5c4b\u72af\u6cd5\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u4ee5\u4fb5\u5165\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5077\u53d6 \/ \u4f01\u56fe\u5077\u53d6\u91cc\u9762\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u3001\u4e25\u91cd\u4f24\u5bb3 \/ \u4f01\u56fe\u4e25\u91cd\u4f24\u5bb3\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u5185\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5e72\u72af\u4e86\u5165\u5c4b\u72af\u6cd5\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u4ee5\u4fb5\u5165\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u5904\u5730\u65b9\u300d\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u5408\u6cd5\u6743\u5229\u4e0b\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u672a\u7ecf\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u4e1a\u4e3b\u6216\u7269\u4e1a\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u540c\u610f\u4e0b\uff0c\u523b\u610f\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u4e8e\u8fdb\u5165\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u89c6\u4e4e\u6bcf\u5b97\u4e2a\u6848\u800c\u5b9a\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u987e\u5ba2\u53ea\u662f\u83b7\u51c6\u8fdb\u5165\u5e97\u94fa\u7684\u516c\u4f17\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u987e\u5ba2\u5982\u679c\u8fdb\u5165\u5e97\u94fa\u5185\u5199\u6709\u300c\u79c1\u4eba\u91cd\u5730\u300d\u6216\u300c\u53ea\u9650\u804c\u5458\u300d\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4ed6 \/ \u5979\u5c31\u662f\u4fb5\u5165\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>C. \u4e0d\u4ed8\u6b3e\u800c\u79bb\u53bb<\/h2>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/210\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c210\u7ae0\u300a\u76d7\u7a83\u7f6a\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/210\/s18c.html\" target=\"_blank\" \u5904\u7406\u8d43\u7269\u7f6a<\/h2>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/210\" target=\"_blank\"
