sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e86\u89e3\u672c\u5730\u73b0\u884c\u7684\u53cd\u6b67\u89c6\u6cd5\u4f8b\u524d\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u5982\u4f55\u4f1a\u6784\u6210\u6b67\u89c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e0e\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u4e4b\u6027\u522b\u6216\u5a5a\u59fb\u72b6\u51b5\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6216\u56e0\u4e3a\u8be5\u53e6\u4e00\u4eba\u6ca1\u6709\u6000\u5b55\u3001\u6bcb\u987b\u7167\u987e\u5b50\u5973\u6216\u6ca1\u6709\u7cbe\u795e \/ \u80a2\u4f53\u6b8b\u969c\uff0c\u6216\u56e0\u4e3a\u8be5\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u8fd1\u4eb2\u7684\u79cd\u65cf\uff0c\u800c\u4ee4\u524d\u8005\u906d\u53d7\u8f83\u5dee\u7684\u5f85\u9047\uff0c\u8fd9\u7c7b\u60c5\u51b5\u4fbf\u5c5e\u4e8e\u00a0<strong>\u300c\u76f4\u63a5\u6b67\u89c6\u300d<\/strong>\u00a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u8981\u8bc1\u5b9e\u76f4\u63a5\u6b67\u89c6\u4e4b\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u4fbf\u9700\u8981\u4ee5\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5f85\u9047\u4f5c\u51fa\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u56e0\u4e3a\u60f3\u8058\u7528\u53e6\u4e00\u6027\u522b\u7684\u4eba\u800c\u4e0d\u8058\u7528\u9601\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5b9e\u90a3\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0e\u9601\u4e0b\u76f8\u8fd1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4fbf\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6784\u6210\u76f4\u63a5\u6b67\u89c6\u3002\u53c8\u4f8b\u5982\u9601\u4e0b\u662f\u5355\u8eab\u7684\u6000\u5b55\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u4f46\u96c7\u4e3b\u53ea\u5411\u5df2\u5a5a\u96c7\u5458\u7ed9\u4e88\u5206\u5a29\u798f\u5229\uff0c\u8fd9\u4ea6\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6784\u6210\u76f4\u63a5\u6b67\u89c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u300c\u95f4\u63a5\u6b67\u89c6\u300d<\/strong>\u00a0\u662f\u8981\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u9075\u5b88\u6216\u5c65\u884c\u5212\u4e00\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u6216\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4f46\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u8be5\u6761\u4ef6 \/ \u8981\u6c42\u5e76\u65e0\u5145\u5206\u7406\u7531\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u9879\u63aa\u65bd\u4ea6\u4f1a\u5bf9\u67d0\u6027\u522b\u3001\u67d0\u79cd\u5a5a\u59fb\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u6000\u5b55\u3001\u987b\u7167\u987e\u5b50\u5973\u6216\u6709\u7cbe\u795e \u7ae0<\/a>\u00a0\uff09\u5927\u81f4\u4e0a\u8ba2\u660e\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u4e00\u5f8b\u5e73\u7b49 \uff0c\u800c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ea6\u5e94\u8be5\u7981\u6b62\u7531\u4efb\u4f55\u56e0\u7d20\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6b67\u89c6\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u4e0a\u8ff0\u539f\u5219\u900f\u8fc7\u4e0b\u5217\u6cd5\u4f8b\u4e4b\u8ba2\u7acb\u800c\u5f97\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0 20 \u65e5\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u81f3\u4e8e\u5176\u4f59\u5173\u4e4e\u96c7\u4f63\u7684\u6761\u6587\u5219\u5728 1996 \u5e74 12 \u6708 20 \u65e5\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u300a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/480\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6027\u522b\u6b67\u89c6\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>\u00a0\u300b\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u5728\u4e0b\u5217\u6d3b\u52a8\u8303\u7574\u5185\u57fa\u4e8e\u67d0\u4eba\u4e4b\u6027\u522b\u3001\u5a5a\u59fb\u72b6\u51b5\u6216\u6000\u5b55\u800c\u4f5c\u51fa\u6b67\u89c6\u6216\u9a9a\u6270\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5373\u5c5e\u8fdd\u6cd5\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u96c7\u4f63\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u6559\u80b2\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u8d27\u54c1\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u53ca\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u63d0\u4f9b\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u697c\u623f rel=\"noopener\">\u5bb6\u5ead\u5c97\u4f4d\u6b67\u89c6\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>\u00a0\u300b\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u5982\u57fa\u4e8e\u67d0\u4eba\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u5c97\u4f4d\u800c\u4f5c\u51fa\u6b67\u89c6\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5373\u5c5e\u8fdd\u6cd5\u3002\u6982\u62ec\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u300c\u5bb6\u5ead\u5c97\u4f4d\u300d\u6307\u8d1f\u6709\u7167\u987e\u76f4\u7cfb\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u4e4b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u300c\u76f4\u7cfb\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u300d\u662f\u4e0e\u53e6\u4e00\u4eba\u6709\u8840\u7f18\u3001\u5a5a\u59fb\u3001\u9886\u517b\u6216\u59fb\u4eb2\u5173\u7cfb\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u4e3e\u4f8b\uff0c\u67d0\u540d\u5987\u4eba\u5728\u751f\u80b2\u540e\u88ab\u96c7\u4e3b\u8c03\u5f80\u8f83\u5dee\u7684\u804c\u4f4d\uff0c\u5f53\u4e2d\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u8be5\u96c7\u4e3b\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6709\u5a74\u5b69\u7684\u5987\u4eba\u8981\u7167\u987e\u5b69\u5b50\u800c\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d85\u65f6\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u51fa\u5dee\u5de5\u5e72\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u884c\u4e3a\u4fbf\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5bb6\u5ead\u5c97\u4f4d\u6b67\u89c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u00a0<a
