rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c7\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5982\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4eba\u672a\u80fd\u5c65\u884c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u4fbf\u4f1a\u8fdd\u53cd\u5408\u7ea6\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u53ef\u8ffd\u8ba8\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/457\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\uff08 \u9690\u542b\u6761\u6b3e\uff09\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>\u00a0\u300b\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c8(1)\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u8ba2\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5408\u7ea6\u4e2d\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4ee5\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u8eab\u5206\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\uff08\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4eba\uff09\u4e0d\u5f97\u5f15\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u5408\u7ea6\u6761\u6b3e\u6765\u5378\u9664\u6216\u9650\u5236\u5176\u56e0\u672c\u6761\u4f8b\u800c\u4ee4\u81f4\u5728\u8be5\u5408\u7ea6\u4e0b\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u6362\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4eba\u4e0d\u53ef\u5f3a\u52a0\u6761\u6b3e\u6765\u5378\u9664\u6216\u9650\u5236\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u8fdd\u7ea6\u65f6\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u300a\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\uff08\u9690\u542b\u6761\u6b3e\uff09\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\u5bf9\u300c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u300d\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49<\/h3>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u300a\u00a0<a \u65e0\u610f\u4ee4\u4eba\u4ee5\u4e3a\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u4e1a\u52a1\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8ba2\u7acb\u8be5\u5408\u7ea6\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u662f\u5728\u4e1a\u52a1\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8ba2\u7acb\u8be5\u5408\u7ea6\uff1b\u53ca<\/li>\n<li>\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u5408\u7ea6\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5c5e\u901a\u5e38\u4f9b\u5e94\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f5c\u79c1\u4eba\u6d88\u8d39\u6216\u53d7\u76ca\u7528\u9014\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u8005\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u7b80\u5355\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u9601\u4e0b\u8bf7\u67d0\u5546\u4eba\u6216\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u6216\u5176\u5458\u5de5\uff09\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u4f5c\u4e2a\u4eba\u4eab\u7528\uff0c\u9601\u4e0b\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u300d\uff0c\u5e76\u53d7\u5230\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6761\u4f8b\u6240\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u6709\u5173\u4f8b\u5b50\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u7684\u58eb\u8f7d\u5ba2\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u8f66\u623f\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u7ef4\u4fee\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u53d1\u578b\u5c4b\u7684\u7406\u53d1\u670d\u52a1\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u300a\u00a0<a
