background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3>1. \u6295\u8d2d\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98ce\u9669\u4fdd\u9669\u5bf9\u4e1a\u4e3b\u6709\u591a\u91cd\u8981\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>1994\u5e74\u9999\u6e2f\u4ed4\u6dfb\u559c\u5927\u53a6\u4e00\u95f4\u9152\u697c\u6a90\u7bf7\u5012\u584c\uff0c\u610f\u5916\u9020\u62101\u6b7b13\u4f24\u3002\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u6700\u540e\u88c1\u5b9a\u5927\u53a6\u6cd5\u56e2\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u9152\u697c\u3001\u9152\u697c\u6301\u724c\u4eba\u3001\u5355\u4f4d\u4e1a\u4e3b\u53ca\u62c6\u5378\u5546\uff0c\u8981\u54119\u540d\u6b7b\u4f24\u4eba\u58eb\u8d54\u507f\u6e2f\u5e013,000\u591a\u4e07\u5143\u3002\u6dfb\u559c\u5927\u53a6\u6cd5\u56e2\u56e0\u672a\u6709\u6295\u8d2d\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u652f\u4ed8\u8d54\u507f\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6e05\u76d8\u3002\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/344\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u4f8b\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/344\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c344\u7ae0<\/a>\u00a0\uff09\uff0c\u5c0f\u4e1a\u4e3b\u6700\u540e\u9700\u8981\u644a\u5206\u5de8\u989d\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e8b\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\uff0c\u82e5\u610f\u5916\u53d1\u751f\u65f6\uff0c\u6cd5\u56e2\u6ca1\u6709\u6295\u8d2d\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u6cd5\u56e2\u4fbf\u9700\u8981\u627f\u62c5\u6240\u6709\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u82e5\u6cd5\u56e2\u6ca1\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u652f\u4ed8\u8d54\u507f\u800c\u88ab\u6e05\u76d8\uff0c\u5404\u5355\u4f4d\u7684\u4e1a\u4e3b\u987b\u4e3a\u6709\u5173\u8d54\u507f\u8d1f\u4e0a\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u5c0f\u4e1a\u4e3b\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u56e0\u65e0\u529b\u652f\u4ed8\u8d54\u507f\u800c\u7834\u4ea7\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6295\u8d2d\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98ce\u9669\u4fdd\u9669\u4e3a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u51cf\u4f4e\u610f\u5916\u65f6\u4e1a\u4e3b\u9762\u5bf9\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u5173\u4e1a\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u56e2\u4e0e\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98ce\u9669\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u8be6\u60c5\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u8003\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/familyclic.hk\/sc\/topics\/Properties-arrangements\/Maintenance-and-safety-of-real-property\/Third-Party-Insurance\/#content\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7269\u4e1a\u5b89\u6392 &gt; \u7269\u4e1a\u7ef4\u4fee\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168 &gt; \u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98ce\u9669\u4fdd\u9669<\/a>\u00a0\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u4e1a\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u56e2\uff08\u7b80\u79f0\u300c\u6cd5\u56e2\u300d\uff09\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d23\u4efb\u5c31\u8fdd\u4f8b\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u7a0b\uff08\u50ed\u5efa\u7269\uff09\u6240\u884d\u751f\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d23\u4efb\u6295\u8d2d\u4fdd\u9669\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u6ca1\u6709\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f3a\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u82e5\u6cd5\u5ead\u88c1\u5b9a\u6cd5\u56e2\u987b\u5c31\u8fdd\u4f8b\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u7a0b\uff08\u50ed\u5efa\u7269\uff09\u800c\u5f15\u81f4\u7684\u610f\u5916\u800c\u8d1f\u8d23\uff0c\u6cd5\u56e2\u53ca\/\u6216\u4e1a\u4e3b\u987b\u627f\u62c5\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6c11\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u4f1a\u627f\u4fdd\u697c\u5b87\u4e2d\u8fdd\u4f8b\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u7a0b\uff08\u50ed\u5efa\u7269\uff09\u7684\u90e8\u4efd\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u6cd5\u56e2\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u7740\u60f3\uff0c\u82e5\u697c\u5b87\u6709\u50ed\u5efa\u7269\uff0c\u6cd5\u56e2\u5e94\u5b89\u6392\u6e05\u62c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u5173\u4e1a\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u56e2\u4e0e\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98ce\u9669\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u8be6\u60c5\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u8003\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/familyclic.hk\/sc\/topics\/Properties-arrangements\/Maintenance-and-safety-of-real-property\/Third-Party-Insurance\/#content\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7269\u4e1a\u5b89\u6392 &gt;
