href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/561\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u4eba\u7c7b\u751f\u6b96\u79d1\u6280\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a> \u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u89c4\u7ba1\u4ee3\u6bcd\u4ea7\u5b50\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u4ee3\u6bcd\u300d\u662f\u6307\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\u7684\u5973\u6027\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>\u4ed6\u4fe9\u662f\u5a5a\u59fb\u53cc\u65b9\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u4ee3\u6bcd\u4f1a\u4f9d\u5b89\u6392\u628a\u6240\u6000\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u4ea4\u4e88\u4ed6\u4eec\uff0c\u5e76\u8ba9\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u5207\u5b9e\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u884c\u4f7f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7236\u6bcd\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\uff08 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/561\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u4eba\u7c7b\u751f\u6b96\u79d1\u6280\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/561\/s14.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c14\u6761<\/a> \uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u51b3\u5b9a\u67d0\u540d\u5973\u6027\u662f\u5426\u9002\u5408\u62c5\u4efb\u4ee3\u6bcd\u65f6\uff0c\u987b\u7531\u6ce8\u518c\u533b\u751f\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u800c\u8be5\u540d\u533b\u751f\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d1f\u8d23\u8fdb\u884c\u8be5\u4ee3\u6bcd\u6000\u5b55\u7684\u751f\u6b96\u79d1\u6280\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u8bc4\u4f30\u5e94\u8003\u8651\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u5305\u62ec\u8be5\u5973\u6027\u7684\u5a5a\u59fb\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u6000\u5b55\u7eaa\u5f55\u3001\u8eab\u5fc3\u72b6\u51b5\u662f\u5426\u9002\u5408\u6000\u5b55\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u59d4\u8bac\u592b\u5987\u3001\u4ee3\u6bcd\u548c\u5176\u4e08\u592b\uff08\u5982\u6709\uff09\u5fc5\u987b\u63a5\u53d7\u7531\u751f\u6b96\u79d1\u6280\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8f96\u4e0b\u7684\u5c0f\u7ec4\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8f85\u5bfc\uff0c\u5c0f\u59d0\u7531\u591a\u65b9\u4e13\u5bb6\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u4ed6\u4eec\u660e\u767d\u4ee3\u6bcd\u4ea7\u5b50\u5728\u533b\u5b66\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u3001\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u9053\u5fb7\u3001\u4f26\u7406\u4e0a\u7684\u542b\u610f\u3002\u8bc4\u4f30\u59d4\u8bac\u592b\u5987\u3001\u4ee3\u6bcd\u548c\u5176\u4e08\u592b\uff08\u5982\u6709\uff09\u662f\u5426\u9002\u5408\u8fdb\u884c\u4ee3\u6bcd\u6000\u5b55\u65f6\uff0c\u6240\u751f\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u798f\u5229\u662f\u9996\u8981\u8003\u8651\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bc4\u4f30\u987b\u8003\u8651\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u548c\u793e\u4ea4\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u5f53\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53ef\u53d1\u51fa\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u5224\u4e00\u540d\u5b69\u5b50\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u5a5a\u59fb\u53cc\u65b9\u7684\u5b50\u5973\uff08\u5a5a\u59fb\u53cc\u65b9\u5728\u672c\u6761\u4e2d\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u4e08\u592b\u201d\u53ca\u201c\u59bb\u5b50\u201d\uff09\uff1a\u2500\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:
