\u6ce8\u518c\u5a5a\u59fb<\/h2>\n<p>\u81ea1971\u5e7410\u67087\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u5c45\u6c11\u53ea\u53ef\u6309\u7167\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/181\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u5a5a\u59fb\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0\u7ed3\u4e3a\u5408\u6cd5\u592b\u5987\u3002\u6ce8\u518c\u5a5a\u59fb\u662f\u6307\u4e00\u7537\u4e00\u5973\u81ea\u613f\u7ec8\u8eab\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u4e0d\u5bb9\u4ed6\u4eba\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u800c\u7ed3\u5a5a\u4eea\u5f0f\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u5a5a\u59fb\u6ce8\u518c\u5904\u6216\u7279\u8bb8\u7684\u793c\u62dc\u573a\u6240\u4e3e\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/181\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u5a5a\u59fb\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/181\/s21.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c21(3A)\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u8ba2\u660e\uff0c\u7531\u5a5a\u59fb\u76d1\u793c\u4eba\u4e3b\u6301\u7684\u5a5a\u793c\u53ef\u4e8e\u9999\u6e2f\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u4f46\u767b\u8bb0\u5b98\u529e\u4e8b\u5904\u53ca\u7279\u8bb8\u7684\u793c\u62dc\u573a\u6240\u9664\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>B. \u6d77\u5916\u6ce8\u518c\u5a5a\u59fb<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e8e\u6d77\u5916\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u5a5a\u59fb\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u6309\u7167\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4ea6\u53ef\u83b7\u9999\u6e2f\u627f\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6709\u6548\u5a5a\u59fb\uff0c\u4e0e\u8eab\u5904\u672c\u6e2f\u6ce8\u518c\u65e0\u5f02\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u5a5a\u793c\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u6ce8\u518c\u4ea6\u5728\u5f53\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u8be5\u6bb5\u5a5a\u59fb\u5c06\u4e0d\u53d7\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u4f8b\u7ba1\u8f96\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u53cc\u65b9\u51b3\u5b9a\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u79bb\u5a5a\uff0c\u4ecd\u53ef\u6309\u7167\u9999\u6e2f\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u79bb\u5a5a\u6cd5\u4f8b\u5728\u6e2f\u529e\u7406\u624b\u7eed\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>C. \u4e2d\u56fd\u65e7\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb\u4e0e\u65b0\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb<\/h2>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u672c\u5730\u548c\u6d77\u5916\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u5a5a\u59fb\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u4f8b\u4ea6\u627f\u8ba4\u4e24\u79cd\u57281971\u5e7410\u67087\u65e5\u524d\u7f14\u7ed3\u7684\u5a5a\u59fb\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e7\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb<\/h3>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e7\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u5a5a\u793c\u6309\u7167\u5f53\u65f6\u793e\u4f1a\u6240\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f20\u7edf\u4e60\u4fd7\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u4e0d\u8bba\u5a5a\u793c\u4e8e\u9999\u6e2f\u6291\u6216\u662f\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u5bb6\u5ead\u539f\u7c4d\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5185\u5730\u7684\u6545\u4e61\uff09\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u83b7\u627f\u8ba4\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u65b0\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb<\/h3>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u79f0\u4f5c\u65b0\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb\uff0c\u5373\u4e24\u540d\u5e74\u6ee116\u5c81\u7684\u672a\u5a5a\u7537\u5973\u4e3e\u884c\u516c\u5f00\u7684\u7ed3\u5a5a\u4eea\u5f0f\uff0c\u5e76\u7531\u81f3\u5c11\u4e24\u540d\u89c1\u8bc1\u4eba\u5728\u573a\u89c1\u8bc1\uff0c\u800c\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u62e5\u6709\u5408\u7406\u601d\u7ef4\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u4f1a\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5df2\u900f\u8fc7\u8be5\u4eea\u5f0f\u7ed3\u4e3a\u592b\u5987\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53cc\u65b9\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u7ed3\u5a5a\u4eea\u5f0f\u5fc5\u987b\u516c\u5f00\uff0c\u610f\u5373\u4efb\u4f55\u6ca1\u6709\u83b7\u9080\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u5747\u80fd\u89c2\u770b\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u4e3e\u884c\u4eea\u5f0f\u7684\u573a\u5730\u6ca1\u6709\u5173\u4e0a\u95e8\uff0c\u4fbf\u7b97\u7b26\u5408\u516c\u5f00\u539f\u5219\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5a5a\u59fb\u4ea6\u79f0\u4f5c\u8ba4\u53ef\u5a5a\u59fb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4e24\u79cd\u5a5a\u59fb\uff08\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e7\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb\u53ca\u65b0\u5f0f\u5a5a\u59fb\uff09\u7684\u7f14\u7ed3\u53cc\u65b9\u53ef\u5230\u5a5a\u59fb\u767b\u8bb0\u5904\u8865\u529e\u767b\u8bb0\u624b\u7eed\uff1b\u5373\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u5373\u4f7f\u5df2\u7ecf\u5b8c\u5a5a\uff0c\u4ecd\u53ef\u5230\u5a5a\u59fb\u767b\u8bb0\u5904\u767b\u8bb0\u8be5\u6bb5\u5a5a\u59fb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u65e7\u5f0f\u6216\u8ba4\u53ef\u5a5a\u59fb\u529e\u7406\u767b\u8bb0\u624b\u7eed\uff0c\u8be5\u6bb5\u5a5a\u59fb\u4fbf\u4f1a\u6210\u4e3a\u5408\u6cd5\u5a5a\u59fb\uff0c\u5a5a\u59fb\u4ea6\u56e0\u800c\u5177\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\uff0c\u53d7\u6cd5\u5f8b\u627f\u8ba4\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u4f8b\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/178\/s9.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c9\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u5219\u8ba2\u660e\u4e24\u79cd\u5a5a\u59fb\u7684\u767b\u8bb0\u624b\u7eed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u767b\u8bb0\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u6709\u5173\u5a5a\u59fb\u7684\u4eea\u5f0f\u662f\u57281971\u5e7410\u67087\u65e5\u524d\u4e3e\u884c\u3002\u4e24\u540d\u5a5a\u793c\u89c1\u8bc1\u4eba\u4ea6\u987b\u4f5c\u6cd5\u5b9a\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u786e\u8ba4\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u5a5a\u793c\u4e3e\u884c\u65f6\u5728\u573a\u89c1\u8bc1\u3002\u6709\u5173\u6587\u4ef6\u987b\u4ea4\u4e88\u5a5a\u59fb\u767b\u8bb0\u4e8b\u52a1\u53ca\u7eaa\u5f55\u529e\u4e8b\u5904\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u767b\u8bb0\u7533\u8bf7\u83b7\u5a5a\u59fb\u767b\u8bb0\u5904\u6279\u51c6\u540e\uff0c\u8be5\u6bb5\u65e7\u5f0f\u6216\u8ba4\u53ef\u5a5a\u59fb\u4fbf\u83b7\u6ce8\u518c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53cc\u65b9\u884c\u793c\u540e\uff0c\u5982\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u62d2\u7edd\u6ce8\u518c\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u53ef\u5411\u533a\u57df\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u58f0\u660e\u5b58\u7eed\u5a5a\u59fb\uff0c\u518d\u5355\u65b9\u9762\u8865\u529e\u767b\u8bb0\u624b\u7eed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section
