\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4e0e\u6c42\u52a9 &gt; \u300a\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ca\u540c\u5c45\u5173\u7cfb\u66b4\u529b\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e5f\u4fdd\u969c\u540c\u5c45\u4eba\u58eb\u6216\u5df2\u5206\u624b\u7684\u540c\u5c45\u4eba\u58eb\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u662f\u7684\u3002\u540c\u5c45\u5173\u7cfb\u4e2d\u906d\u53d7\u9a9a\u6270\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\uff0c\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/189\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c189\u7ae0\u300a\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ca\u540c\u5c45\u5173\u7cfb\u66b4\u529b\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/189\/s3b.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c3B\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u7533\u8bf7\u5f3a\u5236\u4ee4\uff0c\u505c\u6b62\u65bd\u8650\u8005\u7684\u9a9a\u6270\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u5e76\u4e0d\u9650\u6027\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u914d\u5076\/\u524d\u914d\u5076\u53ca\u540c\u5c45\u4eba\u58eb\/\u524d\u540c\u5c45\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u6cd5\u4f8b\u8ba2\u660e\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u4eb2\u5c5e\u4ea6\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/189\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ca\u540c\u5c45\u5173\u7cfb\u66b4\u529b\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0\u7533\u8bf7\u5f3a\u5236\u4ee4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\uff0c\u8bf7\u524d\u5f80\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/familyclic.hk\/sc\/topics\/Daily-lives-legal-issues\/Domestic-violence-and-assistance\/Domestic-and-Cohabitation-Relationships-Violence-Ordinance\/#content\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u95ee\u9898 &gt;
