\u9664\u4e86\u5c06\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4ea4\u4e88\u6cd5\u5ead\u5ba1\u7406\uff0c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u8fd8\u6709\u751a\u4e48\u6e20\u9053\u53ef\u5bfb\u6c42\u534f\u52a9\u6216\u6295\u8bc9\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u9664\u76f4\u63a5\u627e\u6709\u5173\u5546\u6237\u7406\u8bba\u5916\uff0c\u9601\u4e0b\u4ea6\u53ef\u8054\u7edc\u4e0b\u5217\u673a\u6784\uff1a<\/p>\n<h3>\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a<\/h3>\n<p>\u9601\u4e0b\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumer.org.hk\/sc\/complaints-and-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a<\/a>\u00a0\uff08\u7b80\u79f0\u300c\u6d88\u59d4\u4f1a\u300d\uff09 \u67e5\u8be2\u6216\u6295\u8bc9\uff08\u70ed\u7ebf\u7535\u8bdd\uff1a2929 2222\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u59d4\u4f1a\u5c5e\u6cd5\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\u5e76\u53d7\u653f\u5e9c\u8d44\u52a9\u3002\u300a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/sc\/legis\/ord\/216\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>\u00a0\u300b\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u4f8b\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/sc\/legis\/ord\/216\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c216\u7ae0<\/a>\u00a0\uff09\u8be6\u8ff0\u5176\u6743\u529b\u3001\u89d2\u8272\u53ca\u804c\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u59d4\u4f1a\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u804c\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5411\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5173\u4e8e\u8d27\u54c1\u4e0e\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u3001\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8c03\u89e3\u4eba\u4ee5\u5904\u7406\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u6295\u8bc9\u3001\u5c31\u6709\u5173\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u6743\u76ca\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u63d0\u4f9b\u610f\u89c1\u3001\u53ca\u9f13\u52b1\u5546\u4e1a\u53ca\u4e13\u4e1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5236\u5b9a\u4e1a\u52a1\u5b88\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u4e3a\u6d88\u59d4\u4f1a\u4e0d\u662f\u6267\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5b83\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a7\u544a\u5546\u6237\uff0c\u6709\u5173\u7684\u6295\u8bc9\u4f1a\u4ee5\u8c03\u89e3\u65b9\u5f0f\u5904\u7406\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6d88\u59d4\u4f1a\u53ef\u516c\u5f00\u70b9\u540d \/ \u520a\u8f7d\u7ecf\u8425\u624b\u6cd5\u4e0d\u5f53\u7684\u5546\u6237\u4ee5\u793a\u5236\u88c1\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6d89\u53ca\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u6743\u76ca\uff0c\u4f46\u8c03\u89e3\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u9042\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumer.org.hk\/sc\/complaints-and-services\/consumer-legal-action-fund\">\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u8bc9\u8bbc\u57fa\u91d1<\/a>\u00a0\u4ee5\u83b7\u53d6\u63f4\u52a9\u63d0\u51fa\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u9999\u6e2f\u6d77\u5173<\/h3>\n<p>\u6709\u5173\u5546\u54c1\u8bf4\u660e\u6216\u8d27\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u9601\u4e0b\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u9999\u6e2f\u6d77\u5173\u6295\u8bc9\uff08\u67e5\u8be2\u70ed\u7ebf\uff1a2815 7711\uff1b\u6295\u8bc9\u70ed\u7ebf\uff1a8100 3553\uff09\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u6d77\u5173\u4f1a\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6295\u8bc9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u91cd\u91cf\u53ca\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e0d\u8db3\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u9ec4\u91d1\u6216\u767d\u91d1\u7eaf\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8db3\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u73a9\u5177\u53ca\u513f\u7ae5\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0d\u8fbe\u5b89\u5168\u6807\u51c6\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u6d88\u8d39\u54c1\u4e0d\u8fbe\u5b89\u5168\u6807\u51c6\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u6709\u5173\u672a\u7ecf\u52a0\u5de5\u94bb\u77f3\u53d1\u8bc1\u8ba1\u5212\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u5dee\u5f02\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6709\u5173\u4e0a\u8ff0\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u8bf7\u6d4f\u89c8\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u9999\u6e2f\u6d77\u5173\u7f51\u9875<\/a>\u00a0\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u901a\u8baf\u4e8b\u52a1\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40<\/h3>\n<p>\u5982\u6709\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u8425\u4e1a\u884c\u4e3a\u6d89\u53ca\u7535\u8baf\u53ca\u5e7f\u64ad\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/tc\/legis\/ord\/634\">\u7b2c634\u7ae0<\/a>\uff09\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u6709\u5173\u65c5\u884c\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u3001\u5bfc\u904a\u548c\u9886\u961f\u7684\u89c4\u7ba1\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u804c\u8d23\u662f\u63a8\u52a8\u65c5\u884c\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u3001\u5bfc\u904a\u53ca\u9886\u961f\u884c\u4e8b\u6301\u6b63\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u80fd\u529b\u53ca\u4e13\u4e1a\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65c5\u76d1\u5c40\u4e3a\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u58eb\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u670d\u52a1\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5904\u7406<a \u5982\u679c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u51fa\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5e94\u7559\u610f\u751a\u4e48\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5411\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6216\u9999\u6e2f\u6d77\u5173\u6295\u8bc9\u5916\uff0c\u9601\u4e0b\u4ea6\u53ef\u5411\u5f8b\u5e08\u6c42\u52a9\u3002\u8bc9\u8bf8\u6cd5\u5ead\u662f\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5411\u7ecf\u8425\u4e0d\u5f53\u7684\u5546\u6237\u63d0\u51fa\u8bc9\u8bbc\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u95ee\u9898\u5f97\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5c0f\u989d\u94b1\u503a\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904<\/h3>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u9601\u4e0b\u51b3\u5b9a\u5165\u7980\u6cd5\u5ead\u4f46\u7d22\u507f\u91d1\u989d\u8f83\u5c0f\uff0c\u53ef\u4e8e\u5c0f\u989d\u94b1\u503a\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\u63d0\u51fa\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u8bc9\u8bbc\u53cc\u65b9\u4e0d\u53ef\u8058\u8bf7\u5f8b\u5e08\u51fa\u5e2d\u5c0f\u989d\u94b1\u503a\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\u7684\u8046\u8baf\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u4e8b\u5148\u5fb5\u8be2\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u7d22\u507f\u91d1\u989d\u662f 75,000\u5143\u3002\u5982\u91d1\u989d\u8d85\u8fc7 75,000\u5143\uff0c\u9601\u4e0b\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c06\u7d22\u507f\u989d\u5206\u5272\u6570\u4efd\uff0c\u4ee5\u4ee4\u5230\u5404\u5165\u7980\u6848\u4ef6\u4e4b\u7533\u7d22\u6570\u989d\u4f4e\u4e8e 75,000\u5143\uff0c\u82e5\u679c\u4ecd\u8981\u5c06\u6709\u5173\u6848\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\uff0c\u552f\u4e00\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u653e\u5f03\u8ffd\u8ba8\u8d85\u8fc775,000\u5143\u4e4b\u5dee\u989d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\u5ba1\u7406\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u79cd\u7c7b\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6b20\u503a\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u670d\u52a1\u6536\u8d39\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u8d22\u7269\u635f\u574f\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u7d22\u507f\uff08\u5173\u4e8e\u5dee\u52a3\u7684\u8d27\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52a1\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5728\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u5ba1\u524d\uff0c\u5ba1\u88c1\u5b98\u53ca\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\u804c\u5458\u4f1a\u5c1d\u8bd5\u4e3a\u53cc\u65b9\u4f5c\u51fa\u8c03\u89e3\u3002\u5982\u679c\u53cc\u65b9\u613f\u610f\u548c\u89e3\uff0c\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\u4f1a\u7b7e\u53d1\u4e66\u9762\u540c\u610f\u4ee4\uff0c\u800c\u514d\u9664\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5ba1\u8baf\u6216\u8046\u8baf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u6b32\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u5173\u4e8e\u5ba1\u88c1\u5904\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ca\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u8bf7\u6d4f\u89c8\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u53f8\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u7684\u7f51\u9875<\/a>\u00a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u679c\u53cc\u65b9\u4e0d\u80fd\u5728\u9996\u6b21\u8046\u8baf\u65f6\u8fbe\u6210\u548c\u89e3\uff0c\u9601\u4e0b\u4fbf\u8981\u4e3a\u968f\u540e\u7684\u5ba1\u8baf\u4f5c\u597d\u51c6\u5907\u3002\u6709\u5173\u5982\u4f55\u51c6\u5907\u51fa\u5ead\u5e94\u8baf\uff08\u4ece\u8bc9\u8bbc\u53cc\u65b9\u4e4b\u89d2\u5ea6\u770b\uff09\uff0c\u8bf7\u767b\u5165\u300a\u793e\u533a\u6cd5\u7f51\u300b\u6d4f\u89c8
